Housekeeping Manager is responsible for supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc.

Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.

The Director of Finance plans organizes, directs, and controls the accounting function of the hotel and reports operational results. As a member of the Executive Committee, the Director of Finance is a highly visible role with exposure to owners and senior and corporate leadership.

The Revenue Manager is responsible for implementing revenue management strategies, standards, and practices to maximize total hotel revenue generation. In addition to controlling room inventories and rates, this role participates in strategic hotel plans by monitoring future rooms occupancy and revenues and pricing accordingly.

Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

Engineering is responsible for the oversight of the operation of the hotel facilities. This includes the inside as well as the outside of the building. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC & Electrical Engineering. 

Prior hotel experience preferred, but not required.
