A neighborhood favorite has found a new home at The Empire Hotel. After 25 years just around the corner, Rosa Mexicano has moved into our second floor, bringing its bold flavors, festive energy, and signature hospitality to the heart of the Empire Hotel.
Their new flagship restaurant space blends modern sophistication with vibrant Mexican artistry— think expanded dining areas, lively bars, and colorful spaces that buzz from day to night. Guests can still expect the classics: tableside guacamole made fresh to order, delicious pomegranate margaritas, sizzling fajitas, tacos, enchiladas, and indulgent desserts.
