Pool Hours & Access

Our seasonal pool is open from late May (Memorial Day weekend) through early September (Labor Day weekend), making it the perfect summer hangout.

Hotel guests of all ages are welcome on the pool deck from 11 AM - 7 PM. In the evenings, the rooftop becomes a 21+ lounge setting.

Please note: Pool access is weather-dependent and may close during inclement conditions.

The Empire Rooftop Bar & Lounge

The Empire Rooftop Bar offers a selection of delicious cocktails, including signature drinks (we recommend the Empire Sunset and the XOXO Gossip Girl!). The rooftop food menu features a variety light fare including sliders, tacos, and small plates, perfect for a light meal or sharing with friends. Our rooftop pool is designed for relaxation and enjoyment rather than exercise, serving as a plunge pool rather than a lap pool. It's perfect for a quick dip to cool off and unwind in style.

The Empire Hotel's outdoor swimming pool is located on the very top level of our hotel. Head up to the rooftop level to gain access! Our Pool Attendants will check your reservation details and provide registered guests with access.

No reservations are needed to access the Empire Hotel's Outdoor Rooftop Pool Deck. Our plush loungers and daybeds are first-come, first-served and exclusively for hotel & rooftop guests.
