Dip Your Toes: Pool Access

Our seasonal pool is open from late May (Memorial Day weekend) through early September (Labor Day weekend), making it the perfect summer hangout. Guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy the pool deck until 7 PM, after which the rooftop transforms into a 21+ spot. Please note: the pool may occasionally close due to weather.

The Empire Rooftop Pool is open seasonally, from late May through early September each year. The pool is available daily from 11 AM to 7 PM *weather permitting. Join us poolside and maximize your summer sun!

The Empire Rooftop Bar & Lounge

The Empire Rooftop Bar offers a selection of delicious cocktails, including signature drinks (we recommend the Empire Sunset and the XOXO Gossip Girl!). The rooftop food menu features a variety light fare including sliders, tacos, and small plates, perfect for a light meal or sharing with friends. The Empire Pool is exclusively for registered hotel guests. To enjoy our hotel amenities, we suggest you book a room on our official website.

For larger groups & celebrations, the pool deck can also be reserved for private events; inquire within.

The Empire Hotel's outdoor swimming pool is located on the very top level of our hotel. Head up to the rooftop level to gain access! Our Pool Attendants will check your reservation details and provide registered guests with access.
