Rooftop Policies

Please note that underage guests are welcome on the roof until 8 PM accompanied by a parent/guardian. Guests under 21 are not permitted on the rooftop after 8 PM. Seating reservations for the Rooftop Bar can be made starting one week in advance. Requests for preferred seating areas are welcomed, but not guaranteed. Please note our availability changes based on private events on the rooftop. The Empire Rooftop dress code is smart casual.
